Two Nights of Yum

Mmmm...BBQ + Chicken + Bacon. Tyler and I made six or seven kabobs with chunks of chicken, white onion slices and BACON (which I recomend slightly cooking before grilling). We basted these delicious ingredients with our favorite BBQ and grilled. On night one we ate several kabobs with a side salad. On night two I made a whole wheat pizza crust (really quick and easy with this recipe/or use store bought: http://theamericanhomemaker.blogspot.com/2009/03/homemade-whole-wheat-pizza-one-for-now.html ). I used our favorite BBQ sauce as the "tomato sauce" on the pizza. Next I used the left over kabobs for toppings. I covered all of this with 2 cups of mozzerella cheese and baked for about 15 minutes. BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA. YUM. YUM. YUM.
